At Shambhala, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth and sustainable shopping experience.
General Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable.
For Orders Within Spain 🇪🇸
- Returns & exchanges are FREE within 30 days of delivery.
- To initiate a return or exchange, reach out to us via email at hola@shambhalabarcelona.com or message us through our social media channels. We will send you a prepaid return label for your free return or exchange.
For International Orders 🌍
- Returns are accepted within 30 days, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- Exchanges are not available for international orders; you may return the item and place a new order.
Quality Assurance
We pride ourselves on our quality. However, if there are any defects in your product, please contact our team within 4 weeks of purchase. Make sure to include your order number and photos of the defect, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
