Returns & Exchanges
At Shambhala, we want you to truly love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day returns and exchanges policy from the delivery date, designed to be simple, fair, and mindful.
General Return Conditions
- Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with their original packaging.
- Returns will not be accepted if items show signs of use, such as stains (including deodorant, cream, or makeup marks), pet hair, or odors.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable.
Orders Within Spain 🇪🇸
Returns and exchanges are FREE within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at hola@shambhalabarcelona.com or via our social media channels, including:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return or exchange
- Whether you prefer an exchange or a refund
We will send you a prepaid return label, which you can use by dropping the parcel off at any Correos office. There is no need to print the label — you can simply show it on your phone.
Please note that we do not offer home pickup services for returns or exchanges.
International Orders 🌎
International returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns sent without prior contact cannot be processed correctly.

All international returns must be sent using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
We do not offer exchanges for international orders. If you need a different size or model, you may return the item and place a new order.
Returns that incur customs charges will not be accepted. Any duties or fees applicable at origin or destination must be covered by the customer. If customs charges are applied upon arrival, the package will be rejected and automatically returned to the sender.
Quality Guarantee
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and clear images of the defect.
The item must be unused and in the same condition as received. Once we review the information, we will guide you through the next steps and support you throughout the process.
Damage caused by use, washing, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within a maximum of 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that, depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account.
