How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders within Spain typically arrive in 2–3 business days. For international orders, delivery takes between 3–6 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

When will my order be shipped?

We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). During sale periods, it may take a little longer. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you have a physical store?

We don't have a physical store at the moment — Shambhala Barcelona is an online-only brand. This allows us to focus on what we do best: creating high-quality, sustainable yoga wear and shipping it directly to you, wherever you are in Europe and beyond.

Can I buy your products wholesale?

Yes. Whether you're a yoga studio, boutique, or retailer, we'd love to hear from you. Contact us at info@shambhalabarcelona.com for wholesale inquiries.

How do I find the perfect size?

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Returns within Spain are free. For international returns, shipping costs are covered by the customer. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Full details on our Returns & Exchanges page.

How can I return my purchase?

Simply email us at hola@shambhalabarcelona.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll guide you through the process and, for orders within Spain, send you a prepaid return label.

Can I exchange an item?

We don't offer direct exchanges. You can return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you need. This way, you get exactly what you want without waiting.

What fabrics do you use?

We work exclusively with natural and responsibly sourced fabrics:

• Organic Cotton & Modal (46% Organic Cotton, 46% Lenzing Modal, 8% Elastane) — OCS certified. Used in our bras, leggings, and t-shirts. Soft, breathable, and naturally moisture-wicking.
• Bamboo (95% Bamboo, 5% Elastane) — Oeko-Tex certified. Used in our pants, jumpsuits, and flare styles. Exceptionally soft with natural stretch.
• Ecovero Viscose (95% Lenzing Ecovero, 5% Elastane) — EU Ecolabel certified. Used in our Niyama Hoodie. Made from renewable wood sources.
  
  

How should I care for my Shambhala pieces?

Each garment comes with specific care instructions. As a general rule: machine wash cold, use mild detergent, avoid bleach, and air dry when possible. Washing inside out helps preserve color and fabric quality. Detailed care instructions are listed on every product page.

Is your packaging sustainable?

Yes. We ship in recyclable paper bags, and our garments are wrapped in compostable packaging. No plastic comes into contact with our products at any stage.
