Meritxell Martorell · Editorial Satnam · 250 pages · In Spanish
From television to the refugee camps of Lesbos. The autobiographical account of the founder of Yoga Sin Fronteras: a journey through trauma, social justice and everything yoga can hold when it leaves the studio.
Real testimonies, journalism and yogic reflection, with a practical section of accessible sequences based on the ISTA Method (Inclusive, Sensitive, Therapeutic, Accessible), developed by the author through her work with communities in vulnerable situations.
A practice that is also a political act.
